NCAA Bracket Scoring
In March Madness Bowling, Cinderella teams with poor seeds get a boost. We multiply the team’s seed by the round #. For example, if UC San Diego (a #12 seed) gets to the second round and wins, that game is worth 2 X 12 or 24 points. Over the past 16 years, quite a few so-so bowling teams won the NCAA part of the competition because their Cinderella teams went far in the tournament. We will update this scoreboard at the completion of each round. There will be two winners: One for Lanes 1-8 and one for Lanes 9-16.
Heading into the Final Four
Going into the Final Four, Lane 7 in the South Division is hanging on by a thread but is out of teams! In the North, so much depends on how Auburn and Duke perform.
Masters Scoreboards
No math is required for the Masters part of March Madness Bowling. If your golfer wins the Masters, your team wins! There will be two winners: One for Lanes 1-8 and one Lanes 9-16.
